History
- The company was founded in the 1960's as Numeri-Comp.
At that time, the company was focused on several data processing applications, including
payroll.
- In 1995, under new ownership, the company became Market
Dimensions, Inc. (MDI), and began to narrow its data processing focus to fewer
applications, and began to make its mark as a premier payroll provider. At this time, MDI
also began to offer computer networking & business training services.
- In April 2000, the payroll division of Market
Dimensions became part of The Morrissey Family
BusinessesSM. Since
then, the new company has excelled at payroll services, and has extended further human
resource management services to its clients.
- In 2006, Market Dimensions embarked on a significant
challenge. Throughout the rest of 2006, and well into 2007, we will complete our
implementation of a fully integrated payroll, human resource information system (HRIS) as
well as a time and attendance solution. After several months of planning, testing,
and training, we are excited to bring our clients and propective clients this completely
upgraded system. This means improvements in our printed reports, an expansion of our
custom reporting capability, an extension of the services we are able to provide, and -
this last one is important - absolutely no change whatsoever in the commitment to service
that we provide to our clients.
