The database includes complete information on each individual employee including pay history, job costs, payroll deductions, fringe benefits, etc. The database holds workers compensation codes, EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) codes, emergency contact data, annual review dates, and so much more.  Additionally, customized data fields can be created for any type of employee information that needs to be tracked. 

Of course, once the data is in the database, there are two keys to its usefulness:  Accessibility & Reportability.  Our solution is fully web enabled so that, if you choose, many functions can be accomplished via the web. This allows for 24/7 access for key individuals. We can also extend that access to all of your employees so they can view their personal information at any time. This information includes year-to-date earnings, hours, deductions and taxes, check history, time off accruals, company news, downloadable employee documents and self-fill documents. 

Reporting from the database is also significantly improved. Dozens of flexible standard reports are already available. But importantly, we have an extensive ability to customize reports to meet your specific requirements. If you like, even these customized reports can be published to you securely via the web site.

TIME & ATTENDANCE  

Market Dimensions is also very pleased to present its payroll clients with an affordable, easy-to-use time & attendance solution. The core of this solution is a rules-based system that allows client users to set the important parameters for use of the system as well as to view and control the output. Employers control the many rules that govern employee “punches” as well as tracking available paid time off.

This particular time & attendance system was selected for the variety of data collection options available. Most providers allow only for proprietary clocks, which can often be very expensive. Our time & attendance solution can be web-based, eliminating the need for expensive hardware. Employees simply clock in and out using an internet-connected PC. If your environment, however, is best suited for a traditional time clock, we have several affordable options that can meet your needs.   

Importantly, we can assure complete integration of this time & attendance solution with our payroll solution. This integration reduces the inevitable errors in keying hours data in at the time of payroll.
